Last October 15, 2015, the Commission Proper (CP) headed by Hon. Chairman Michael C. Aguinaldo flew to Legazpi City for their regular CP Meeting. The big three, together with some Directors from the COA Central Office, were warmly welcomed by Regional Director Roland Rey and COA Region 5 officials and employees.
